I’m sorry, really. I try to be as patient and polite as I can be, but sometimes it gets to be too much. Can you understand what it’s like to receive numerous questions every day asking similar things when the answers are located on the same page they used to click ‘Ask’?
I do have all the resources needed located in the navigation section (at the top of our page). It honestly isn’t very difficult nor does it take a lot of competence to find.
