Wow that was a pretty mean response to obeythecupcake. Whether or not you have all the info posted, maybe they did not see it or know where to even begin to look. You have a blog clearly dedicated to helping people and sharing info. No matter how many times someone asks, you should politely direct them to where information is located or not have a blog to help people better understand astrology. Not everyone understand the terms. The way you responded really did not sit right in my heart.
I’m sorry, really. I try to be as patient and polite as I can be, but sometimes it gets to be too much. Can you understand what it’s like to receive numerous questions every day asking similar things when the answers are located on the same page they used to click ‘Ask’?
I do have all the resources needed located in the navigation section (at the top of our page). It honestly isn’t very difficult nor does it take a lot of competence to find.
I apologize for sounding mean and rude; I suppose I should have just ignored her question instead of snapping.
