I def understand that it can be annoying. I have a business and I get emails all the time about providing info about info thats already listed on the listing they are asking about! Seems like they refuse to read. But its what happens when we provide info or products to people who sometimes have no idea. I know it can be frustrating but sometimes we just have to flip out in our mind, then respond. You provide tons of great info to us all and we are def thankful for it, even if some annoy you! :-)
