THIRTY POUNDS? REALLY? WHAAAAA
Yes. Losing 30 pounds would bring me to a healthy/ideal weight. And a 12-month time frame breaks it down to 2.5 lbs per month, which is safe and very doable. No shame; everyone can improve themselves in some way. :)
Here’s my to-do list:
- Lose 30 pounds.
- Read a minimum of 10 new books.
- Finally have my wisdom teeth removed.
- Graduate.
- Get the shortest haircut I’ve ever had.
- Practice yoga and meditation on a regular basis.
- Strive to keep a positive attitude under all circumstances.
- Don’t run from challenges.
As we proceed into the new year, Bearing Water would like to begin doing a monthly discussion post (as well as weekly words of wisdom!). It will be a fun way to get to know our followers better and possibly make new friends as well. :) There will be a variety of topics, and we would love for you to participate.
